For those who want to spend their holidays with family or friends, our location between Perugia and Assisi, a few minutes from the airport, is an excellent meeting point. The structure is the main building of Castel D’Arno, a typical medieval structure that belonged to a very important family of Perugia whose origins date back to the year 1200. It has been completely renovated and organized to accommodate groups and families.

It is divided into 5 finely decorated apartments, they have all the comforts and are equipped with kitchenette, private bathroom and the one on the lower floor has direct access to the garden. With a total of 10 bedrooms and living rooms in each apartment, it has a capacity of 26 people, although it can be expanded by fitting out several sofa beds located in various rooms of the apartments. It is ideal for groups of friends or several families, it has two rooms, one with a large fireplace on the ground floor, a professional kitchen with all the equipment for groups including 4 burners, oven, ceramic hob, lava stone grill, refrigerator, chest freezer, dishwasher and microwave to cook and eat together in a dining room.

It is surrounded by a magnificent garden with roses, olive trees and fruit trees, within which there is a beautiful panoramic swimming pool equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers and sun loungers. We have a nice children’s play area right in front of the pool.

For our little guests we have a play area in the garden facing the pool and an interior room with games, markers and colours. And for those who want to be closer to nature, there are extensive trails to explore the 30,000 m2 of forest, and if desired, our truffle plantation project in development.

A new Uruguayan style grill has been prepared, for the enjoyment of expert grillers such as the owner or people who enjoy this exquisite gastronomic and social experiencie. We have also a laundry room with washing machine, available to our guests free of charge.
