In the middle of the beautiful umbrian valleys and hills, and with an outstanding panoramic view, between Perugia and Assisi, Castel d’Arno is a completely restored 13th century building. It is surrounded by roses and ancient olives trees, in the middle of which we built a panoramic swimming pool.
Our country house is located in a strategic position near many cities of particular tourist interest (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, etc). Moreover we are just minutes away from the Perugia Airport (S. Egidio), that has recently become a port of call for international low cost flights (Ryanair from Stansted U.K., etc).
