You can book your holiday online and pay by credit card for the deposit (30 € for each day booked). For other payment methods please contact us. Clicking on the price of the apartment below the photo you choose, you'll see their prices according to seasons (high, medium and low).

Note: Prices shown are for stays of up to 3 nights. For stays of longer than we expect deep discounts (depending on season), so please contact us to have our best offer.

The price includes water, gas (kitchen), electricity; moreover bath and bed linen, and the free use of the swimming pool in the summer are included in the price. Not including final cleaning costs (euro 20,00 for L'ORTO, IL CUCINONE, GLI ULIVI apartments, euro 30,00 for IL CORTILE, euro 50,00 for IL SUBASIO).
Heating expenses are non included in the winter (approximately euro 1,50 per hour/per L'ORTO, IL CUCINONE, GLI ULIVI; euro 2,00 per hour/per IL CORTILE; euro 3,00 per hour/per IL SUBASIO). Heating costs will be billed according to consumption that you will make (the apartments are self-employed).
